THE BRIEF

Remodel a bathroom so that it’s more handicap accessible.

THE FINAL DESIGN

Added a new EZ Access shower stall and drywall, and added blocking for grab bars and a fold down seat. We removed the interior closet behind the door in order to widen the opening from 24″ to add 36″ for wheelchair access. To make up for the lost storage, we added built-in 6″ shelves behind the door.
